I think part of it is manganese just isn't 'sexy' enough for your average man on the street investor. Swap manganese for copper/gold/iron ore and all else being equal we'd probably have a higher market cap right now. That's good for us, as everyone on here has bought in at a price that is irrationally low and will correct in time.
