The quote you refer to from Aeris executive chair André Labuschagne is followed by his espousal of their 'affordable' (buget) approach.
Given they are looking to pick up bargain basement lots I doubt any offer they might make would significantly affect our sp and need for ~$25m to fund next financial year.
Hoping the Kalman update arrives early.
