Hopium & Copium ... I like that!
It's good that they can share and rotate staff between the two companies where possible. It avoids all the added costs of training, recruiting, downtime and duplication between the two companies. I suspect it will give CMO a lot more bang for their bucks and hopefully be able to move a lot quicker.
