Integration issues at the Vic Plant have been known about in the industry. IMO their strategy of running mega sites is not the way to go & have become inefficient trying to be everything to a very diverse customer base. running high volume low spec product such as fast food along side high spec low volume within healthcare/pharma sector generally is detrimental to the efficient flow of work thru the factory. The CHH acquisition may have doubled their sales but has halved their margin leaving profitability almost the same.
