Surely the article can’t be actuate, that would indicate there isn’t an agreement with NAIF or the German bank to defer principal repayments or extend $20m in loans.
How wasn’t this a boat race? Why even include it in the presentation without solid dialog, especially given the timing. But let’s not jump the gun, and wait for the announcement.
