I understand that there are a few burnt shareholders here
But I think the business is at an inflection point.
They are more or less breaking even despite having $8m in debt (after $3m was converted to equity in January)
So if there was no debt or more debt was converted to equity... The business would be profitable.
Real estate is booming
Property speculation is booming
Building is booming
Renovating is booming
Sales are booming
For those that can see 3-4 years down the road... We are looking at a business potentially worth $100m to $150m
