Interesting you should say that as I just watched a video from mines and money where Zeff stated just that. Permits aren't hard to get but they do take time I think were his words, he also said that some of these permits were already being worked on as they have the confidence there to move forward (happy days!). There was also a Q. about water there too. His response in short was "we have access to sea water, ground water in the valley below and potable water from the desal plant back down the coast which they are currently using for diamond drilling".
