The new CEO has a lot of work to do to regain trust from retail, SP the lowest it has been in years, dodgy raise at 2.1c, no permit no drills spinning just pump. Quebec is a very busy place i expect you need to book drilling rigs as soon as you get permit, and there is likely be a long wait for a drill rig to be available.
