Yes presentation showing EV is $0. In just one week our new CEO has managed to reduce the value of our EV by 100% by implementing this conflicted CR. Not a great start for him IMO.
In the 2023 financial year we paid out 17m shares in staff incentives even though we didn't have any staff. Instead these were paid out via Corporate Resources with whom we have a management agreement and to whom we pay market rates for management services. IMO Corporate resources should incentivize their own staff as we are already paying for their services. I note our last annual report shows MLS 7m shares still sitting in Corporate Resources.
What did we get in return: an EV of zero. Hard to go backwards from here but expect management will pat themselves on the back and reward themselves if it moves higher.
