If you vote to delist you are forfeiting the ability to access $4m in funding - minor dilution and at a share price is 4x that of todays should OneVentures convert that $4m facility to equity.
If they delist they currently they had $13.9m at the end of June with a potential for ~$3 to to go CYCL earnout sometime shortly. That doesn't leave a lot of wriggle room when they are obliged under the terms of the facility to have $6m AUD at all times to cover the Oneventures facility.
So if they delist they will be in a worse position to raise and a much more pressing need in the absence of them dramatically cutting costs.
