Part of the problem and a major part is it appears that they are having trouble holding on to quality staff let alone attracting them due to the decline in the share price. Without a good quality team, this company will become a dead duck.
I can see the logic in what they were saying. I am not sure there will be any benefit in voting no to the delisting more like the opposite.
