I think he wants to cover uncertainty about the voting result. If LVT stays on ASX he will jump back on board and SP will go up. If voting result will be yes to remove LVT from ASX the SP will go down like a stone. At the moment somebody who is buying is just speculating on the voting result. Just my opinions.
