They take it up at 6c so its a sign of confidence on one hand and a cheap purchase on the other. I always see how much they earn and if its less than 6 months earnings invested I discount it as they probably can factor in at least a year more in their quest for success. So to my mind, that's a form of income protection insurance rather than a vote of extreme confidence. I have not looked at the numbers here though.
The price is very low and drops the market cap down a lot so the $22million may well be enough to make this attractive. I am looking at this to see if I will invest again...
