Think Dr Bob had always committed half a mil through himself or related parties.
Hard to know what to feel about this. I mean the company survives and the debt is gone. but the discount is significant.
You do wonder if they had properly got this plan all in place originally instead of just dropping the raising on everyone back in October if they could have just raised all of it at 7.5 cents instead of 6 per share.
