I am still stuck looking at this and deciding whether to re-invest. It's a hugely sobering thought that anyone who bought at 11 cents has to follow their rights and the share has to go up around 60% just to get back to recover the value at 11c. Most like me lost money in this and from a much higher base than 11c.

For many, ( I would have been in the same position had I not cut my losses at a much higher price) recovery of their money is long gone in my opinion and this recapitalisation is the final blow. The dilution and potential future dilution via the CN will mean that there are just too many shares in issue to recover their investment.

You can invest with Colinton - I looked at their website - they have an impressive array of people. I suspect you have to have a few million to invest though. I am sure they hold all the cards and yes they are the real winners here. That is what scares me - not the share price but that the cornerstone investor has 5 aces rather than 1.

I will have to make a decision today I expect.
