MaK lets get one thing straight here....you are always right...rightio with that out of the way, I think you know exactly what I meant! AJX were to retire all debt..... only to gather some more debt the same day.....less and lower interest rates yes......very clever....
The thing I love about AJX shareholders.......AJX can hand you a turd on a platter and half of you will say..."on a positive note I've tasted worse".....
