No not always right. Plenty of proof of that on HC over time. Thing is if I am wrong I have no qualms in admitting or apologising. Otherwise when it's opinion there's no right or wrong until proven otherwise. Your post was clearly misleading. They're not paying off debt to go into debt again. As you saw I stated 3 clear advantages for clearing the old debt. Do you deny these facts to prove me wrong?
