Debt wasn't a problem. They had 10 months to go. The reason they chose to remove the old debt was explained to me by the company. I wasn't completely satisfied with their reasoning and the need for the large raise at such a discounted price. But since they are doing it I thought it important to clarify your misleading statement on the difference between the two debt scenarios. If you want to post throwaway lines be prepared to be pulled up on the missing facts, particularly if you're going to gloat about how little research other posters do.
