    Well, I have enough liquid holdings to last me quite many years and also regular income from my wife. So to be clear, I would not be a forced seller in any event.

    However, if you look at the price changes when some funds tried to liquidate their holdings, it was ugly. The share price was driven down relentlessly. I am not sure if that was a risk to me, but it certainly caused my stomach to churn. But, last year was a perfect time to pick up more shares and despite all the discomfort I did just that. So far no regrets here. In time liquidity will take care of itself, but this could be a nightmare for a fund manager since his or her job is hung on the thread of monthly NAV.

    All the die-hards here know the drill. When price is up we talk up; when price is down we just keep our heads in the sand and buy more. Sell? Hell never!
