How do you know Singapore isn't selling right now? 2.2 cents is a massive profit, even on 11.5-12 cents. Please provide proof these are "locked up".
And you guys just keep on completely ignoring me repeating that the buyback is NOT price insensitive. It's a floor, not a continually uptrending escalator - the buyback will try to get the maximum amount of shares bought back at the lowest possible price. It may head upwards, but if it was as you guys keep repeating, 14-15 cents RIGHT NOW, the market would immediately take away the arbitrage opportunity.
