Given the fact that they have just been to court, lost, and now are appealing the decision I thought this showed, fairly obviously, they are extremely uninterested in the Escarpment.
The Escarpment permits end in 2022.
Their last 2 investors presentation have been focusing on the buller project and now they are off doing a joint venture in Canada. They are also looking to extend stockton.
Honestly you must believe in the tooth fairy if you think the Escarpment has any value to BRL.
Any payment made to L&M mining for the escarpment is money flushed straight down the toilet. Why do you think BRL management are so desperate not to pay up.
