I see that some posters still can't reconcile the fact that management actions have resulted in the SP being where it is, and not at the 24 cent highs, or even 4o+ cents. Even after the fact that the SP absolutely tanked through solid support after the case was lost due to management shooting themselves in the foot by putting in writing that they knew shipments would trigger the payment clauses.

Jeez guys, you are treating these people as if they are your first and only born child! Hold them to account and stop making excuses for them.

Stop thinking of it as "they took the SP from 2 cents to 12 now" and in terms of "why hasn't this gone from 2 cents to 40?!?!". If you frame it that way then management has underperformed by 50% (24 cents) to a whopping 75% (40 cents). That's an outright fail in anyone's books.

And on top of that, they are still burning YOUR cash with further legal wrangling! Just moronic for those protecting them!
