In my often referred to tel con with RT and my Broker; Richard himself thought the SP should be closer to $0.30. For clarity my broker interjected and suggested something closer to $0.18 for various reasons (execution risk etc). The conversation took place a year ago.
I guess even by RT determination he and the board have under performed by circa 50%.
