If business decisions are made on consensus despite the board weighting favouring BRL.
Then it makes you wonder what the threshold for BRL developing its own assets, or railing product to Lyttleton or shipping from Lyttleton or even developing new clients is interpreted by the Talley board members. Are we in control of a company that is in effect is rendering our ability to develop our own assets totally ineffectual. Is Talleys in control of a veto that is a poison pill for BRL
