In the FY 21 Annual Report, there is this mention of an additional cost, but it is wise to incur:
"Regulatory oversight and supervision of our financial planners has been supported by additional investments in our compliance functions. This is an expensive proposition, but one we feel is necessary.."
The top 20 holders now account for 70.86 per cent of issued capital, up from 70.3 per cent a year ago.
The number of shareholders has risen from 1374 a year ago to 1409, but as I and presumably others have found, it's a thinly traded stock, unsurprisingly. Most 'Mr Market' retail investors wouldn't even know of FID. A nice little secret to keep!
