I am also expecting some sort of debt/cap raising in the very near future. Companies should seek to raise capital before they need it, and not wait until the well is almost dry when they'll pay any price to stay alive.
On the other hand though, the need for cash is not necessarily a bad sign so long as you believe that it can grow enough to justify the price. Just look at holders of ICQ who participated in the last cap raising at 65 cents (I was one of them).
