I'm surprised there is a 7c gap between share price and the implied offer price of $1.13. I don't think there are many hurdles for this acquisition to go through. Too small for regulatory intervention and shareholders will vote in favour. Any thoughts?
My preference will be to sell out prior to acquisition and de-risk any movements on Superloop. Don't want to due diligence on Superloop either so happy to exit. Just wondering when the best time will be?
