The best small companies are usually founder led and owned - unlike our ELX. Also, execution of the iTrack and 2RT businesses have been fairly ordinary. Maybe the market thinks management lack the capability to make these businesses fly and discount accordingly. However, the low valuation does open the possibility for takeover or buyout of these businesses by a competitor who can execute well. This has been a disappointing investment for me.
