Well actually you have three founders on the board who have reasonable shareholdings of around 18M shares, which includes current executive chairman Victor Previn. I am sure these guys exert a lot of pressure, which could also suggest they may be the problem. Non of them are topping up their share holdings which given current valuation, i.e. that you are essentially getting the businesses they retain for free seems to lack conviction. Hard call, but both Itrack and 2RT have been growing at great pace over the last few years and seem to show promising signs.
