Somebody's trying to drive down the SP?
An insto who didn't get as much as they wanted in the placement, and are hoping to get more for below $0.50?
Anyway, no more need to complain about the $20m vs $1.2m for retailers. Now everybody has equal opportunity to get some for sub-50, while the $20m has already been raised.
