With the US fed indicating that they are nowhere near a pivot with this rates cycle and Martin Place again raising 25bps you would think there is still massive downside risk still to come to the nations property market.
Somehow this stock is holding up reflecting none of this.
Admittedly there is almost no volume here so no existing holders can actually exit if they wanted to in a meaningful way.
Risk all here to the downside still so will watch how the company reports this with greatly reduced sales volumes nationwide and agents scrambling for listings cutting GCI.
