PPE appears to have entered capitulation.
My own theory is that fund managers are not liking PPEs exposure to the Fed Govt proposed legislation re equal rates of pay for employees vs contract labour. It does not matter if this might not impact PPEs business at all, it just represents some sort of risk to it, and they are not prepared to hang around and be exposed.
In the meantime PPE will trade at crazy cheap levels.
I have been buying, which should not mean a thing to anyone else.
