Solid effort. I have been watching their updates on LinkedIn, particularly the drill simulator that they have just brought online to undertake blasthole driller training in Perth, which means new drillers that have been through the simulator training are drill ready when they get to site for real world application of the training. It looks like an incredible piece of kit. Knowing the blasthole drilling industry well, this has previously been undertaken with a drill on an operational drill pattern, with a Supervisor/Trainer being required to stand next to the new starter right through the process, transitioning to sitting in a ute watching, giving direction by 2-way. In that process, there are no simulated emergencies, no simulated difficult ground conditions etc, whereas the sim looks like it does all that. The more I look at this business, the more I see just how forward planning they are appearing to be.
