RIC is ex-dividend (A$0.044) today but the SP has fallen by about A$0.14 (a significant 5.47 per cent) thus far on Easter Tuesday morning.
This may reflect recent rainfall in Victoria and Queensland, plus forecast rain in NSW, that some believe will reduce RIC's sales and therefore result in a 'softer' NPAT. Haven't followed input costs and RIC's contract prices, nor how sales are going, to judge as these are also important. Hank Mclovin gave us some insight above.
