I'd assume that once sent the problem lies within the logistics company. Who knows it may have been lost, stolen, or wrongly delivered to a business or person with multiple deliveries, who doesn't love free stuff? I believe it's a bit much for CCO to track every delivery every day, if they are even sent with tracking availability. Best to email directly if an order is not received in due time.
