4 out of 8 could be Coles incompetence
7 out of 8 could be huge demand which CCO can't meet which is market sensitive information.
8 out of 8 could be the gambling/alcohol/ domestic violence/ family destruction industry pressurising Coles, maybe even Coles themselves protecting bottle shop interests, which would be fantastic publicity and definitely market sensitive information needing disclosure?
