At the briefing, CEO Quinton Hildebrand said the performance of the OMP acquisition 'exceeded expectations'.

The new Carrick, Tasmania feedmill broke even in the four months RIC has owned it with benefits to come through in 2H 25.

CFO Richard Betts said total shareholder return was 29 per cent, well above the target of 15 per cent.
Mr Hildebrand said Carrick is going to a second shift given volumes have moved from Pakenham, Victoria. I assume this reduces freight costs.
