Venus has agreed to enter into a voluntary escrow deed for a period of 12 months.
During this time their new Rox shares cannot be transferred or sold.
But voluntary escrow does not change voting rights so Venus could vote their new 55m Rox shares + their existing Rox holding towards a TO deal.
