    Re the stockpile at KCGM, they have only the written down the value of the low grade material which amounts to about 2.3Moz (at 0.65g/t) of the 2.9Moz. Im not sure what the grade is of the ~600koz is. Since mining rates are forecast to run well ahead of processing then the stockpile will only grow.

    Depending on the gap between mining and processing, and the size of the expansion, it could be many years before that lower grade material might be processed.
