Onshore Permian Basin
No debt, based in Houston.
Basically a conventional tight oil field, cheap wells, need to drill over 100 wells which then drilling 4 short laterals and hope to produce 400 bopd. Expand well density from 40 to 80 acres spacing.
Plus 3D defined channel to be drilled soon.
49 API oil plus gas. Currently flowing 224 bopd plus 125 mcfd
Interesting but why buy?
