I have had SXE for years and happy with the returns. Regarding buying they cycle from about 60 c (ex-dividend) to high seventies (cum EOY dividend).
I'll re-invest my dividend at ~60c in a few weeks then be happy with the return when they peak again in August. Crazy but it is what it is.
