The market doesnt seem to pay big multiples for these prof services type outfits. In return, we get stable, low risk profits. Look at WSI, its trading at cash balance! SND is another one thats very cheap.
Most of these guys would utilise a predominately contract workforce, meaning if they lost a large chunk or work, they just cut their contractors and arent exposed to higher costs and lower revenue.
