Hmm, in response to your post I've just been looking through their announcements. Not so sure about that.
Not exactly a pristine record of project delivery. Maybe they're turning it around but DCG is a work in progress at best. SXE have had their issues (and I really, really don't like that high level of "contract assets" that seems to always sit on their balance sheet, what's the problem there) but at least they have a sizeable cash balance as well.
I suspect DCG are forever peering over their shoulder on the lookout for wolves.
