Agree with you there Holmes, can't see the need to raise capital for quite some time. They will likely need to raise once they are looking at a full scale plant build if they decide to go this way rather than licensing. Once they have proven the tech to the point where a full scale plant is on the cards we are likely to have a MC much higher than current levels which will significantly reduce the required dilution. I think a full scale plant (80ktpa) will come in around $100m and will have compelling ROI.
In the near term I would expect that any capital requirements are likely to be met by strategic investors or VC. What HZR have is a leading clean tech that will as derisked attract global attention. When you look at the VC investments being made in recent years there is a strong focus on clean renewable solutions, a category which Hazer firmly fits within. As an example of this have a look at ETV, their investment focus and who they are backing. This type of funding is where I believe the likes of Hazer will find strong support in a world that is rapidly becoming focused on clean carbon neutral/negative energy.
