I was looking back at some history of Promedicus last week and noted that their SP began to take off when they acquired a software company (the Visage program that has been a gold mine for them) in mid 2011.
As 4DX are riding on the coat tails of PME and with Sam Hupert on the advisory board, I think they're on the right track, despite the massive cash burn.
