@SilenceIsGolden you mean $3M revenue in CY23, $6.3M forecasted in CY24, already set up in 200+ clinics in the US that 4DX can now upsell their own products to, along with pre-established distribution channels in the US via multiple industry partners that 4DX can now utilise, another angle to attract VA attention and possible deal, and expansion of 4DX's pipeline into cardiovascular indications, all for US$25m + $20M later equity.
Sure you could focus on only the revenue vs. cost of the deal, but also long-term perspective of the non-cash assets 4DX has just gained... how much time and money would it have taken for them to achieve all of that by themselves?
