Hmmm, not convoluted at all, standard style terms and conditions, leaving upside to Imbio to incentivise and some great synergies asking to be taken advantage of.
UP TO $68m and 4DX market cap is around $287m. Imbio look closer to revenues and profit than 4DX does yet 4DX valued by the market at $287m. This is a great strategic deal.
Still buying, still cheering and settled in with 5 years worth of popcorn.
