There clearly isn't enough information out there in any of the announcements or interviews to know how it will work in detail and how Imbio run there business.
If you're invested it's not a negative or positive. If you're not invested it would probably be unlikely to sway you. Lucky those people have HC so they can spend their time trying to "educate" the ones who have invested lol
