Maybe but it could be something else.
I have seen many cases elsewhere when Sophisticated Investors subscribed in an oversubscribed CR and suddenly the SP drops below the price they paid which did not make sense and someone suggested that Shorters/Intos were pushing the price below the investment price to panic some of them to sell off quickly at a loss- because they usually know nothing about the company they invested in (many only invested in it for a quick sell and profit) and so panic easily
