Just listened to the call. Chris and David ooze class. They seem right on top of the dynamics and even the substantial changes seem to be all under control. Will be great once the tinkering from asic etc allow ifl to save even more.
A couple of extra points
Was interesting to hear them call out what I presume was netwealth and hub24 on their cash costs. I presume they mean the spreads on cash held? Sounds like it will catch up with them.
They also seemed to suggest bt’s Price change was just a shuffle of charges rather than anything significant competitive pressure.
Also they seem pretty confident that the 44mil settlement will be recouped.
Hoping for some more ‘irrational’ selling.
